Evolution of the daily number of infected people in Spain.
This Tuesday, the Ministry of Health has estimated the total number of infected people diagnosed by PCR at 239,932, with 137 positive results since yesterday, which means a daily increase after the 71 reported on Monday.
According to this organization, in the last 14 days 6,264 people have been infected, with an incidence rate of 13.32 diagnosed cases per 100,000 inhabitants.
In the last few days, the Health Department has been reviewing the history of deaths and infections diagnosed by PCR so that the daily balances better express the current evolution of the pandemic in Spain.
The biggest revision was made last Monday, May 25th, when the ministry reduced the historic death toll by almost 2,000.
